Good burgers and sauces but could be better if they changed up the menu once in awhile. Cons: besides the medium priced food the portion size is a bit small. Overall: has room for improvement and decor is dated but the burgers are alright 👍. Would go again.

Wonderfully placed suburbian burger location. Very polite and pleasant staff. Chips to share is worth experimenting. Zucini chips were a pleasant surprise. Burgers always yummy.

Genuine Aussie prime lamb burgers here. Lamb patties were cooked to perfection, not overdone with its natural succulents. Thick pub style chips seasoned also with in-house salt and herbs was a bonus. Recommended.

This one in Point Cook seems to be better managed and run compared to most other outlets I've been to. Good service, always greeting customers with a smile, and portion for chips more generous. We are vegetarians so we always take advantage of the 2-for-1 deal for plant based burgers on every Monday.

Was my go to grill'd store in Western suburbs but the quality not that great anymore, the burgers a bit overcooked and the chips dry, not crispy and not salted at all If you're in a pickle then sure but better grill'd locations I find provide a better cook quality.

Went to Grilld today and from service to ordering to the atmosphere was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered a lamb burger with onion rings and a kids meal was super delicious. I didn't get the name of the girl who served us but she was lovely. Greeted us well. It is lovely place. I will surely be coming back here ❤️

The best Grill'd I've been too. The friendliest, happy and fun staff are here. The food was made and served quickly and tasted absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend coming here to everyone

My experience here was great, burger was delicious & chips were yummy too. Service was quick enough and staff made sure that we were happy. If you're in need of a greasy fix then Grill'd a great choice chips are a little oily but the taste is great.
